Joseph Kort, co-founder and president since 1996, has positioned Activeo as a key player in the specialised field of customer relationship consulting and contact centre integration.

In 2004, Activeo strengthened its position in the consulting area by combining with Affluence and so becoming a member of the LimeBridge Alliance.

With graduate degrees from Syracuse University in New York: Master in Telecommunications and Management, Joseph Kort began his career with Mobil. He then occupied several sales and management positions internationally and in France with HP, Datapoint and Data General.

Vinit has over 30 years of experience in operations management and technology.

Vinit has been involved in several consultancy assignments with global companies to help improve the effectiveness and efficiencies of their customer operations. In addition to managing customer experience measurement services for various clients, he plays a key role in conceptualizing and building technology products to help companies measure and manage customer experience and operations.

Prior to Celtycs, Vinit was Head of Operations of a leading Electronic Manufacturing Services provider based in Bangalore.

Vinit holds a Bachelors degree in Computer Science and Engineering.

Suren takes care of facilities, Invoices, payroll and coordinating with accounts team, He has about 20 plus years of experience as Admin and around 5 years experience as an accounts assistant. He is the goto guy when you have discussed anything related to facilities.

Hari has over 18 years in Customer Service Operations and currently Heads the Service vertical at Celtycs. He manages various Projects in the Service Division, has significant knowledge and experience in leading, supporting and managing several teams of diverse and complex functions. He is also instrumental in designing, strategizing and implementing complex internal business processes.

Ibnul currently is the go-to man for anything related to IT and systems in Celtycs. Apart from deep diving into network he also helps with HR activities in the company.

Ibnul comes with 13+ years of experience in corporate. He is passionate about what he does, his motto is “If you don’t do it right who will?”
